Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers ran all over the field against the Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football, leading to us going 1-1 after we lost out to the Bears +10, but won on the under. It’s been a profitable season for us overall, so let’s stay hot with two primetime games scheduled for Monday night.
Tennessee Titans @ Buffalo Bills
The Bills looked every bit the part in their Week 1 dismantling of the Los Angeles Rams, and I don’t see the Super Bowl favorites slowing down anytime soon, especially against a team that couldn’t put away the New York Giants a week ago. Josh Allen looked simply unstoppable down the stretch against a defense with a ton of starpower. On Monday he goes up against a team that won’t be able to keep up offensively, especially with the loss of AJ Brown. The Bills were 7-3 at home a season ago (including the postseason) and have gone 6-2-2 in games favored by double-digits since 2016. The Titans’ secondary is just too young, the Bills’ defense is just too good, and is going up against a weak offensive line and a one-dimensional offense, expect a 14-point cushion going into the fourth.
Bet: Bills -9.5 (-109 at CoolBet)
Minnesota Vikings @ Philadelphia Eagles
We’ve got value on deck in the second half of the primetime doubleheader. No matter how you slice it, the Vikings are for real this year. With arguably the best wideout in the game, backed by a devastating running game, the fact we are actually getting points is a mistake, in my humble opinion. Kirk Cousins and Justin Jefferson are rolling; Dalvin could have a monster game after the Eagles gave up 181 yards of rushing (6.5 yards per carry) in Week 1 to Detroit. Don’t forget, Philadelphia was 0-6 against playoff teams last year, as well. I’m riding the Vikings moneyline, with a sprinkle on the over with these two high-powered offenses. Let’s win some money.
