CFB Best Bet from Joey Knish

I’m as shocked as anyone Davis Warren looks like a playable (maybe good?) college quarterback. The passing offense was cooking vs. Georgia Tech, and the offensive line is back to form after having overcome some early injuries.
Meanwhile, Wake has played three straight grinders: overtime vs. Purdue, competitive effort vs. Miami, and a big win vs. Louisville. Gio Lopez has taken some big shots the last few weeks and although he’s playing, I can’t imagine he’s operating at 100%.
In a game I make closer to 10, I like the spot for Stanford, and the passing offense is always live to get in the back door. Don’t be surprised if Tree are close late and live to win outright this weekend.
