We operate like a startup — lean, nimble, and driven by creators and bettors who love what they do. We prioritize quality, personality, and production value.
The Role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Junior Producer to help run our live shows and occasional pre-recorded content. This is a hands-on, technical role perfect for someone who thrives in a live production environment, can think on their feet, and is comfortable juggling tasks in a fast-moving setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and monitor live broadcasts using Streamyard, OBS, or similar tools
- Troubleshoot live production issues in real time (tech, audio, overlays, etc.)
- Prepare live show assets including thumbnails, lower thirds, transitions, video clips, and sponsor reads using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Coordinate with on-air talent before and during the show
- Occasionally edit and publish recorded content (YouTube, social media clips, etc.)
- Upload final videos with proper titles, thumbnails, and metadata
- Maintain high production quality across all content
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience producing live video (Twitch, YouTube, or similar)
- Is comfortable with Streamyard and OBS or willing to learn quickly
- Has basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Works well independently and adapts fast in a changing environment
- Is highly reliable, detail-oriented, punctual and calm under pressure
- Bonus: has an interest in sports or sports betting, but not required
What You'll Get:
- Flexible, remote-first work environment with lots of autonomy
- Competitive hourly rate
- Opportunities for growth within a fast-scaling media company
- A team that values creativity, quality, and taking risks
