Each week I will give my favorite Draftkings picks for the main slate of games on Sunday. Good luck!
Quarterbacks
Josh Allen $8,200 - Once again, the Bills have the highest team total on the slate. Allen has scored 30 or more Draftkings points in four of his five games. The Bills are first in yards per play, third in yards per pass attempt, and fourth in passing play percentage. That means the Bills offense largely goes through Allen. If we expect the Chiefs to keep the game close, which the spread implies, then Allen could finally have a 40 point day.
Kyler Murray $7,300 - The Cardinals offense has looked unimpressive thus far, but that may change with a favorable matchup on Sunday. The Seahawks are 32nd in yards allowed per pass attempt and 32nd in yards allowed per play. I like Kylers chances of finally having a ceiling performance and posting 30+ Draftkings points on Sunday.
Geno Smith $5,700 - Geno has revived his career as the Seahawks are second in yards per pass attempt. This week they get a home matchup against the Cardinals who are 25th in yards allowed per pass attempt. This game also has the second highest total on the board. Geno is a great option if you are looking to pay down at quarterback.
Running Backs
Rhamondre Stevenson $6,000 - Stevenson is projecting as the highest owned player on Sunday and for good reason. With Damien Harris likely to miss this game, Stevenson becomes an excellent value play. The Browns defense is 25th in yards per play and 30th in yards per rush attempt. The Patriots are 12th in yards per rush attempt, and may start a third string quarterback. It seems logical they would lean on Stevenson to move the ball, and the matchup suggests he will have success.
Kenneth Walker III $5,400 - With Rashaad Penny and Travis Homer out, Walker III immediately steps into a full time role. He flashed upside last week with a 69 yard run and scored 14.8 points on just eight rushing attempts. The Cardinals defense is 22nd in yards per play and Walker III will have plenty of chances at scoring a touchdown.
Eno Benjamin $4,600 - With Darrel WIlliams and James Conner expected to miss this week's game, Benjamin becomes the best value play on the slate. The Seahawks are 28th in yards per rush attempt, and Benjamin has multiple paths to 20+ opportunities. He will come with heavy ownership, but it's hard to see him scoring less than 12 points on Sunday.
Wide Receivers
Stefon Diggs $8,400 - Diggs is averaging more than ten targets per game and is playing in the best game on the slate. Davante Adams just lit this Chiefs defense up for 124 yards and two touchdowns on Monday. Given how the Bills offense moves the ball, Diggs should have plenty of opportunities to replicate that performance.
Tyler Lockett $5,600 - Lockett was left underpriced despite a 30.4 point performance last week. What's impressive is that he did that with just six targets. Given the Seahawks are underdogs, I would expect Lockett to get closer to ten targets this week. At $5,600, he is one of the best value plays at receiver.
Rondale Moore $4,200 - Rondale flashed upside last week by getting eight targets and two rushing attempts. If we expect his role to continue this week, he should have no problem paying off this low price tag. The Seahawks defense has been torched this season, and Moore is laughably underpriced.
Tight Ends
Travis Kelce $7,800 - Kelce broke records on Monday by scoring four touchdowns with just 25 receiving yards. While I don't expect him to score four touchdowns again, I do expect him to get more receiving yards in this game.
Zach Ertz $4,900 - Ertz is an excellent leverage play this week. Many lineups will have either Eno Benjamin or Rondale Moore. If Ertz happens to score multiple touchdowns, it will sink the other lineups.
Tyler Higbee $4,600 - Draftkings left Higbee's price tag too low this week given the volume he has seen. Higbee is averaging nearly ten targets per game, and the Rams have the sixth highest team total on the slate. He will be a popular cash game pick for most players.
Defenses
49ers $3,700 - The 49ers are first in defensive QB sack percentage. The Falcons are just 25th in offensive QB sack percentage. Given the 49ers are nearly touchdown favorites, I would expect multiple sacks.
Jaguars $3,000 - The Colts offense is 29th in offensive QB sack percentage and 28th in yards per play. The Jags should have multiple opportunities at generating turnovers against Matt Ryan.
Saints $2,800 - The Bengals are 26th in offensive QB sack percentage. The Saints should have plenty of chances to accumulate multiple sacks in this contest.
